Check e-bay. Found item # 250953000193....odd size and shade of blue a little dark. Saw a couple others in various scales. You may have to do a repaint.

I have a couple in 1/36 (yes, they are marked 1/36, that's not a typo!) that are made by "KinSMart" in China. They show a part # KT 5320.
They are a pull back friction drive toy. I found them at CVS drug stores.

I also have a GreenLight 1/43 one. It is part # 50621. I found it at ToysRUs.

Both of these items are 2 to 3 years old now.
