Even if you're not racing, come down to Atco on Friday to hang out and watch some races. It's the end of the season and I'd bet more than one Paul will be willing to lay it all on the line to close finish the season on a strong note.

Some notable challenges will be:
Paul Z's twin turbo Z06 terrorizing Paul Major's IRS world record-holding Z06. paulie decided to paint his hood so my kid could have her sled back before the winter (he stole her plastic sled, turned it upside down, and used it as a cowl)

Stealth is looking to drop a couple of bombs on ECS rides. This may be a good matchup as both sides recently set new personal best times. My money is on the C5 Mike is also looking to line up against Nick, who is a newcomer to the sport. The turbo match-up would be nice to see.

Neil is basically taking on the whole world He's looking to break into the elusive 10 second territory while spanking Ellis, Robz, and Edgar. Edgar recently took a whiff of what a 10 second time slip smells like. He's reeeeeeeeeeally close! Robz and Neil would be a great race as both drivers can wheel a stick with authority.

Leo Barnaby is bringing his new toy out on Friday as well. It'll be interesting to see what time he'll click off on shakedown runs. Dale Cherry will be tuning the car.

We'll also get a couple of quick cars that don't wear the crossed flags but they'll be worth watching.

The godragracing.com crew will be covering the event so we're gonna have some good videos. Arnie Cohen has made a nice recovery from his recent stroke and feels up to attending!

And once we're all at the track, who knows what smack talking will take place and what new challenges will be created? In any event, the day should be a lot of fun, we'll have some fast cars, and there's no charge for spectators Racing starts at around 10:00 am. See you all there!

You know, I've been thinking of you and I lining up for something interesting but I just don't see an area where you excell and could possibly beat me If anything pops into your head, let me know. And, no, it can't involve cougars, cheetahs, or silverbacks

Thanks again for putting this party together its going to be the perfect end to the season. I got my jets already to go with intentions of seeing just how much a LSX can take. I think the 06 is going to stay home I learned my lesson last time out. I can't play with two cars.

The nitrous car is alot of work you have to make small changes and read your plugs after each run to maximize your performance. No time to play with another toy

FYI, when you come on Friday, use the gate on the left side of the facility, not the main gate. They don't open the main gate for rentals. So pass the main gate on your right and go to the other side of the track and there's another gate there.
