I just got off the phone with my buddy Arnold who lives right by MIR. I need to go up there and make a run or two to see what my car can really do.
You need to go with me next time Joe.

I think you are right.

Bring your tuner cord. I know my way around.

If you could combine this with sunshine.....that's how you set records.

Gonna be warmer tomorrow unfortunately.

if they have conditions like-that in 2 more weeks, when the Big Show rigs are there for pre-season testing, (if they even TRY to make runs) they'll set Low E.T. & Top Speed records

i did get a new best but not enough to post on the fast list (10.92 spinning). i had 3 runs, spinning a little on every run but still got some ok 60's.

1st run
60'......1.56
1/4.....11.04
mph...121.9

2nd run
60'......1.54
1/4.....10.94
mph...122.2

3rd run
60'......1.52
1/4.....10.92
mph...122.1

not real sure why my mph was low with the good weather we had but i was expecting about 124 or so, o well ill get it figured out some time.

Did you log the runs to see if there was any KR? How did the rest of the splits compare?

Check out their you tube page...that thing is always wicked on shifts. Looks to me like they are running 5 psi or have something loose in the rear panhard bar!

In person it's amazing to watch..you always think he's not gonna make it....but that dude has ***** the size of bowling ***** and stays in it.

yes i did and i had alot of knock due to my exhaust hitting a heat shield. for the last run i unplugged the sensors and copied the high octane timing settings to the low octane table and still had a low mph. when i scan it with the sensors unplugged it shows im getting my 26* timing without knock of course but my mph is still low. im going to fix my exhaust problem soon and see if it makes a difference with no knock and sensors plugged in. besides the knock everything else looked good.

Perfect, that will work.

I bought a new computer (windows 7) and I am now having issues. My wideband would work for a few seconds and then flatline thru the run. I would re-calibrate per their site and it would still wack out. Now the program (or chord) is not working at all. I still have one old laptop if I can get the chord issue\wideband worked out.

You should contact Bill at Hp tuners. You might need a new beta. I was having trouble getting a scan, it would say service traction system, gauges would stop, etc. The new beta is perfect.

Or if you are using 2.2 you need the version that doesn't check for Net 2.0. Search their forum for "no LC" version of the software.
