I’m shopping for a fire extinguisher roll bar mounting bracket. I’m unsure which one to order given there are options for 1.5, 2.0, 1.75, 1.625, 2.25, 3.0, and 1.25 inches.

A tape measure reports the top side of my bars are just shy of 2’’ in width and ~5.5’’ all the way around. How is this supposed to be measured? I'm just trying to determine which bracket to order.
