Next points race is January 17. The new challenger will be up for the task however the driver is very very rusty.

Takes a little adjusting as you have to pick up your opponent much sooner. Once I adjusted 1/8 has advantages, quicker program, less breakage, and less fuel used per event. Its very easy to adjust back to the 1/4 for those races.
