Island 11.50 and 10.0 Index Series
Island Dragway has added an 11.50 and 10.0 Index Series to there schedule. 6 dates added starting in April and running once a month..

Ellis 11.50 index on Saturdays! Not for nothing but island is closer for me and they open alittle later in the morning.Its going to be one busy race season for me

You might be right Jay,10.50 might have been better because tech when I was there last told me I can only go 11.00.I don't remember exactly what he said but the tech guy told me I didn't have something around the trans maybe a trans blanket? And if something happened it could cut into my legs,I looked at him and said the trans is in the back! He just looked at me and said you can only run 11.00.So now that I think about it I wonder how many cars will they let run 10.00.

That's exactly why Edgar had it the 10.50 index.
But, all the other tracks have 10.0 as the index, so I presume Island wants to keep it the same.
Atco and Cecil haven't given me any grief about running 137, but they certainly could if they wanted to.
I'm not a regular at either track though, due to my work schedule, so perhaps they let it slide. In fact, I didn't run any 10.0 at atco last year and only twice at Cecil...
But, all the other tracks have 10.0 as the index, so I presume Island wants to keep it the same.
