I bought my Procharged C6 with some bling-bling 20 inch rear wheels on the back. I put some Pierelli 305s on the back (had 285s). Car puts down 540 at the wheels. Best 60ft I could muster is a 2.0

Looking to put some stock size wheels on it.

What type of 60ft can I expect and what tire brand/type should I use?

We have used the MT ET Street Radials ( P305/35R19 ) on a stock C6Z wheel which is 12" wide. They would fit fine on a 10" wheel as you plan although the contact patch will be a little narrower. Coming out soft (3800 rpm), we have been 1.62 60'.

Although a better tire/wheel combo will help your 60', a higher stall TC will make a bigger difference. Go for both and win big.

You might also want to consider going to an even smaller diameter factory wheel such as the C5 Z06 rims in either 18x10.5 (rears) or 17x9.5 (fronts), the 17s fitting (offset etc.) on the back of a base C6 much better than the 18s of course.
The benefits there are cheaper drag radials (especially when going 17s) that will likely also hook better than 19s.
