Default Setup the rear sway bar or take it off?

I have a 86 c4 z51 car I am setting up for drag race. I've removed the front sway bar and have read that setting the rear sway bar to neutral helps plant the tires more evenly. Now my car isn't some street outlaws style all out race car. It's more of a low mod budget fun cruiser & 1/8 or 1/4 mile fun racer with other same type cars.

Now I've been doing some reading trying to find the best way to setup the rear bar and thinking maybe I should just remove it instead. I've already got one adjustable end link I made but think the bar may be moving around and might need to go ahead and do the other end link and put collars on it.
