Every picture I've seen shows it reducing the seating position a lot. I drive with the seat all the way back at the top. The back of the seat is literally on the rear hatch. And I don't want to ride in an uncomfortable upright position. And I do run the car at the track quite a bit. So I really need to do something.

I run it at the drag strip. It's my local track. Any other track would kick me off I'm sure.
Your pictures didn't come through.

I am surprised you haven't been kicked off the track yet OR are even allowed to be on the track with a convertible... is it a road course or drag? You will lose about 1-1.5" in seat travel... it is impossible to to have 100% seat travel because of how tight the space is. Here are updated pictures of the seats and rollbar in a C6 Vert.. this is their latest design

If you look there is ALOT of clearance between the seat and the hatch... look more carefully,.. the seats are not moved all the way back

If there is any way you can get me real measurements of back of the seat to hatch lid with the seat all the way back then I will set my seat at that space and see if I can live with it.

I need something pretty badly. The car not only is a convertible but runs mid to low 7's in the 1/8th. And I could easily get it into the 6's with a few more tweaks. So I am needing a solution in a bad way.

Racer
Do these convert from say a 5 point to an 8 point later, or would I have to rip out the 5-6 point and install an 8 point if I started to run faster than 10.0?
