Default Best drag radials

I am going to take my 2002 Z06 drag racing. I have hundreds of runs in a mustang. Car is all stock. Going to get some drag radials for C5Z front wheels, Vararam, and remove the front sway bar for weight transfer. What tires and size should I get? Tire pressures? Thx.

Hoosier 275/40/17 at 18psi is a good place to start.

Have fun!

Loving the Hoosiers here as well. Since you've got a Z06, if you can get some wider rims I feel the Hoosier 315 is a better place to start. I'm running the 335's on a 17 x 11. 1.35 60' time best so far. Stalled Auto.
