Default Drag racing tire question

What size of drag radials do I need for stock 17" C5 wheels/ And how much should I expect to pay for them?

A 275/40R17 should fit no problem(9.5 or 8.5"), you may be able to squeeze a 315/35R17 on there, but it may not look right. The 315 are more for 10" or wider.

Typical prices are around $150 each.

Would highly recommend BFG 315/35/17 DR's. I mounted them on a Grand Sport wheel 17" x 9.5" and ran at 15-18 psi last weekend for 1.6's all day. no problems, this was suggested by Ernie at Breathless
