Default Clutch will not disengage when the engine is running

I'v replaced the McLeod adjustable Master Cylinder, I've replaced the slave cylinder and have installed a remote bleeder and flushed and bled the system countless times. The car always pulls when in gear even when the clutch is completely matted. I'm totally at a lost. Clutch only has 2k miles on it and worked fine until it started behaving this way.

Please if anyone has any ideas as to what could be keeping my clutch from disengaging when the engine is running I would like to know. I've run out of ideas.
