Who sells a stroker short block for LS9?
I havent found many options:
1. LPE 417 short block - $10,250.00
2. Katech 416 short block - $14,400.00
418 LS9 rotating assembly from Texas Speed is $3800.00 and a brand new LS9 block is $3300 but I dont know how much I will spend on having it machined, assembled and balanced.
Any other options out there?

I'm not aware of any stroker LS9 assembles other than the ones you quoted. Given the options you mentioned, for my money, I would go with either the LPE 417 short block; or buy the components from Texas Speed and let them do the machining/assembly. If you invest that much money for a stroker, be sure to have someone assembly it that knows what they're doing. I have confidence in both of these shops to build a reliable stroker short block that can make big HP power and stay together in one piece. (Nothing worse that trashing a new engine on the first dyno tuning run!)
If you want a stroker, but not necessarily an LS9 block, I'd check out Scoggins-Dickey's 440 ci LS7 block "El Toro Grande". I've dealt with them for years and never been disappointed.
Good luck building your stroker!
