I will be using a special grind comp cam with the short hydraulic roller lifters. The oil pump is a melling stock oil pump with the lighter spring. The high performance oil pumps will give you to much oil pressure in the Dart LS Next Block. That one of the great future of this block over the LS series Chevy block. Oil restrictors only needed on solid lifter set up. Got the crank installed today, that crank turns with little effort

Tackman here is the parts number for the Melling oil pump. Use the 10295 and install the optional blue spring supplier with the pump.

Trackman did you find a solution to the AC mount problem? I guess a little mods will be needed.

Dart "just" completed a revised pan rail. There is not even a part number yet. I ordered mine this morning. I would contact them direct.

Yes that rail is the same. It's the other rail that they have revised.

The one your are looking at is the passenger side. The bracket holes are for the ac.

Hmm, my factory lifter valley cover does not fit.
Dart is making this real difficult to make this a street motor.
