Default Cam Shaft LOBE SEPARATION is needed for early C3 ?

I have a 1972 I am rebuilding. I am shopping for replacement CAM and heads. The original heads were replaced with 882 heads I just don't want to use. The Cam was the original but shows wear so a new one is in the cards. My question is needed LOB SEPARATION to produce enough vacuum to work the headlights, wiper door and power brakes? The local speed shop is recommending a Comp Cam 12-242-12 which has a LSA of 110 degrees. Will that work?? From what I am reading I need LSA of 112 to 114 degrees. Am I correct in thinking the 110 LSA is going to give me fits when its all together?

Thanks for any guidance.

The LSA alone will not give you enough information.

I had a Comp Cam 11-213-3 1st 110 and had no issues with headlights or wiper door. The new cam is a 107 LSA from Chris Straub. Not running yet but I'm told no issues as well.

I ran the comp cams 280h or 12-212-2 . http://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/c...x?csid=79&sb=2

Single pattern of the exhaust side of the cam you are selecting. Had 15" of vacuum on 350 motor i had.
