The Edelbrock Performer RPM heads would be my personal first choice for a high performance street SBC engine. I think that they make a quality product as I haven't had any problems with their line of cylinder heads, intakes, or carbs over the years.

Exactly which World Performance cylinder head are you looking at? I wasn't aware that World Products made aluminum SBC heads. All the products I'm familiar with are cast iron heads.
