Default Advice? How to move a pulled LS6 from shop to my garage?

Hey guys,
My C5Z is currently with my mechanic and having a new LS6 installed. My old LS6 had some damage. I have a buddy that wants to work on the old one for me so i can sell it in working condition. What do you guys recommend for me to do to get the old motor moved in a crate from the mechanics shop to my garage?

I was thinking i could rent a Uhaul truck, but im not sure how we'd lift the engine crate into the truckbed and how we'd get it out.

ended up using a uhaul truck to bring the engine over (used a cherry picker at the shop to put into truck) and then used a ceiling rack i had already in my ceiling to lower it into an engine stand i bought at harbor freight. Went flawlessly
