Are BB & SBC lifters the same?
I'm looking for a new set of solid rollers for my SBC. Are they exactly the same or is there more to it?
Thanks

Hydraulic and solid flat Tappet lifters are identical.
Solid roller lifters are not interchangable between small and big blocks. The small block lifters are side by side with a strait crossbar. Big blocks have a stepped crossbar due to the splayed valve angles.
