What rod length, stock 5.7 from my 85?

As usual...it depends. What is your intended useage? What is your budget? For most purposes, the 5.7" rods from your 350 will be great. If this is a stock 350 to a 383 conversion, you'll be buying pistons anyway, for the .030 overbore. The difference in piston cost will be neglegable between 5.565" 5.7" or 6.00" rods. Have your 350 rods checked and rebuilt, if necessary, and install GOOD (ARP) rod bolts. This should be considerably cheaper than buying 6" rods. In any case, double check the rod bolt nut to camshaft clearence, carefully. Good luck.
