Basically, will a Torker II manifold help low-end torque with a "big" cam? Currently have a Weiand 7546.

Re: Torker II vs. Weiand 7546 (69stingray)
I have a torker II (original design!) on my 68' 331 cid.
It has a Sig Erson hi-flow II cam with 202 double hump heads
With the 4.10 gear @ 2500 stall it is in the 3K range alot and it likes it.
It also depends on your weight, & gearing.
My cam spec is .472 lift & 236 duration as I remeber(papaerwork at home!)
Ya need to match the parts all together. The intake alone will not fix the problem.
IMHO, you should research some of the cam makers websites to get an idea of a good combo for your application.

Re: Torker II vs. Weiand 7546 (ALLTHROTTLE&NOBOTTLE)
I agree, the engine needs to be better matched. I have a large cam, single plan intake with stock heads and stock exhuast manifold. I do plan on rebuilding in the future but was wondering if a Torker II would help some low-mid range torque until then.
