GM had to redue the durability test because "fluidamper" went out of business and GM had to change to a different damper. it should be out in sept but i have no idea about the cost. :chevy

I think it would be a pretty good deal if they sold it as a shortblock and then you could install real heads on it. Those Edelbrock heads are going to have a heck of a time feeding it like it wants to be!

I have a catalog from SDPC and in it they list two 572 complete engines one is a 620 hp other is 720 hp it has a 1095 cfm dominator on it. Also have short block call for price.

the 620 HP is the 9:1 engine and i plan to build a blower motor from one..
