Went with a new form of forced induction
It came with a new everything else too.
2014 ZL1 with a manual trans. Only option was the carbon center piece on the hood. No more C6. It's quick, but it's no 750rwhp Vette.

Went from ghetto vented hood to OEM vented hood. Most expensive vented hood upgrade ever.
I think this is a great choice. Having something OEM to beat on daily in the heat. Modded vettes are great but I couldn't imagine one as an only car out here.
If I wouldn't lose my *** on my car I would consider doing the same (not a zl1 thought, gt500, boss302, etc).

Lol. I've gotten that a LOT in the last couple of days.
Indeed.
I don't think it makes much difference when it's 110F+ outside. Yes, it's going to be Avery matte purple metallic.
Just do it. It's only money and you can't take it with you.

Also thinking about doing JBA catless mids since I have HP Tuners and can monitor the codes it throws.
I'll take a look.

Nice car! I just wish they were lighter, a lot lighter. I would be scared to own one and a '13+ GT500 comes next to me. I would even pray that it's not moded, they are beasts! That's why I joined the corvette club. I'm a mustang guy at heart, but they are getting heavier and expensive! The base '15 mustang gt will start at $32k+.

Lol. Yeah I know.
I was looking at GT500's too. I just liked the ZL1 better.
