Corvette Show in Lemont, IL Aug.8 Anyone going?

Just found out that there will be a Corvette Show here in downtown Lemont on August 8th. It's on Wed evening. They have classic car shows every wed. Last one had a lot of cool cars. Just curious if anyone's comming.

Wish I could be there, great way to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, I start radiation treatment for prostate cancer that day.

I'll have my vette there as long as it's nice. If you see a white C4 with VETTN tags, stop by and say HI

It's on August 8th, from 6Pm till around 9PM. It's downtown Lemont, can't miss it. When you see cops all over the place blocking the streets, your there. They always have a DJ there too.

Good luck on your treatment. I just had open heart surgery to replace a valve on July 24 and am now just getting around to saying thanks to everyone.
Hopefully, I will feel up to being in the show (62 Vette - Hondurous Maroon).

Lemont is the south west suburb of chicago. It's right by I 55 and I 355. Take I55 south towards I 355, take the Lemont Sout exit, drive for about 5 miles or so, go over the long bridge, at the light turn left, and you're in downtown lemont. :seeya
