Michigan Hooters Event
Planning on organizing a Hooters Vette Show about mid May at the Troy Hooters on Big Beaver/Rochester Road. If interested please PM me with your email and I will send details when locked up. For those of you that are not aware the city of Troy is fighting tooth and nails to run them out of town.....and they have agreed to host the show.

I wish I could be there. I'm a regular Hooter's customer and I grew-up nearby in Birmingham. Since when did Troy become part of the 'Bible Belt?' How stupid is it for a City to try put a Hooter's restaurant out of business....it's not an adult bookstore; it's not the 'happy ending' massage parlor; and it's not a 'topless' restaurant. I go to a local Hooter's frequently and I know many of the ladies that work there....I have no hesitation taking my children there.
I suppose Troy will soon try to pass legislation so that all women must adhere to a strict 'Islamic' dress code to cover their bodies from head to toe.
Good luck with your event and good luck stopping Troy from imposing their Puritanical values on everyone.

So far Troy has refused to grant them a liquor license. They opened anyway, I was there last Friday for lunch and you could not find a parking place. Hooter has sued and will most likely win. The sdtrange part is they already had a Hooters on Dequinder (in Troy) and were going to close it when the new one opened but Troy didn't like the location....to much traffic.....wouldn't that sort of be the idea if you were going to make a move?????
