I was up your way yesterday stuck in traffic (toll road)(coming home from Detroit) and seen many people who looked like they wanted to buy a weapon and use it on the comuters. Now you guys have some traffic jams there. Sorry not interested, got plenty......

Sounds like a good deal on these pistolas. My arsenal is pretty much set (otherwise I would be interested) and I standing at full alert ready to press any of my hardware into action if these terroists mess with us any more. I would think that vette guys and firearms go hand and hand and would think you would have no probrem selling these gats.

How can you part with the HK. I have a P7 M13. If I was beggin for food the P7 is the last thing that I'll sell (next to the Vette of course).

Someone should snap that up fast.
Great price on the Beretta also.

I thought I liked the way the H&K felt when I test fired it, but I eventually didnt like the overall feel of it. All of the polymer framed pistols I have ever fired always twist on me more than I like. The H&K being the best of the "plastic" guns but I still dont like it. My regular duty sidearm is a Sig P220 which IMO is the BEST semi-auto handgun in the world. Soooo smooth, so I am going to upgrade my off duty weapon from the H&K to a Sig P239 40.cal. Shoots almost identical to my P220 so my expert marksman accuracy is the same with both weapons. The beretta is also a great gun but I grew out of the small calibre 9mm. Not enough stopping power. It was my first sidearm out of the academy 5+ years ago. Im selling that one so I can buy a Colt Anaconda for added home defense in case the terrorist chit hits the fan!!! :)

Big LawMan:

I lucked out. I was able to buy it in Galyans Sporting good store in Lombard in August of 1999 (right b/f Colt got weak kneed and stopped selling pistolas to lawabiding civilians/folks. I paid around $495.00 brand new and am really pleased that I did. Was getting prepared for a trip in grizzly country at the time and didn't want to throw rocks if I ran into one of those bad boys:

HOw about putting your quality pieces in the tradin times or something where I would think you might get a quick sale. I already have a Beretta 92f (Pre ban with 15 rd clip :D, otherwise I would have been interested.

Take care and God Bless America!

Nope, I am w/o a sweet ride until next spring. I sold my TA back in April to start my Z savings plan. I am thinking about the trading times. Ive got some bites here at the department so we will see where that goes. Its always easier selling my guns to other cops. Take it easy........
