(1) For those individuals that will be meeting at the College Avenue Park & Ride Lot - Please go to the College Avenue Park & Ride Lot - Southwest. From this spot, I will meet & greet everyone and hand you a piece of paper with directions. We will be leaving the park & ride lot and going down to Kenosha to pick up a number of others at Buffalo Wild Wings (Right by the Brat Stop). Then, we will follow each other to Gurnee via I94 to HWY41. This way, we will avoid the construction on I94 as well as the tolls. Directions will be given out so everyone has them.

(2) Kenosha location - For those participants who will be meeting us in Kenosha, please note that we will be meeting at Buffalo Wild Wings (Not the Brat Stop). The address of Buffalo Wild Wings is:

We will be at Buffalo Wild Wings at 7:15 PM. If you are planning on meeting us in Kenosha, please be at Buffalo Wild Wings by 7:15PM. Kelly will be there with his beautiful Blue Mach I Mustang. We may be five minutes late with our group coming from the Park Avenue Park & Ride, but once I arrive I will hand out the directions to everyone at Buffalo Wild Wings (This should take five minutes). We will then immediately depart for Gurnee via I94 to HWY41.

(3) For the Chicago participants, Fred is coordinating the cruise to Gurnee. If you are interested in joining the caravan to Gurnee from the Chicagoland area, please contact Fred at ftevolution666@aol.com.

For those members that will meet us at the show, please read below where Z06 Bob will be with his beautiful Black C5 Z06.

Updated list of attendees below. If you have not indicated that you are coming, please let me know by responding to this email and indicating where you will be meeting us (College Avenue, Kenosha, Via Chicago caravan with Fred, or Gurnee Show (Z06 Bob). Currently at 75 listed, but this does not include about 30 guys that I do not have the emails for. So, to get to 200, we have a little ways to go. With everyone's participation, we should easily get there.

Talking from experience this is going to be a hoot. It's a nice change of pace to spend time with car enthusiasts other than Vette owners, although we were well represented and looks like we will be again. All you people down at Bloomington drive on up, it's about an hour north of St. Charles. Nice little cruise on a Friday night.

Hello Corvette MW Forum Members -

I hope that you had a nice weekend. The weather is looking good for our second event, the June 15, 2007 Meet & Greet Cruise to Gurnee, IL Car Show.

Currently, we have 100 cars on the cruise, meeting at three different spots (Listed directly below). Please review the information I have and make sure that I have the correct meeting spot listed for you. If you have not responded or do not see your name on the list, please let me know if you are coming and what location you will be meeting us at by sending me an email at jmg853@gmail.com.

College Avenue Park & Ride Lot - Southwest
As you know, I will be at the College Avenue Park & Ride (Southwest Lot) at 5:30 PM. If you have chosen to meet us at the College Avenue Park & Ride lot, please be there by 6:30 PM. I will be right at the entrance of the Park & Ride to meet everyone and hand you a sheet with the directions. We will follow each other to Kenosha (Buffalo Wild Wings) and then to Gurnee, IL Car Show.

Kenosha - Buffalo Wind Wings
We will be at the Kenosha Buffalo Wild Wings meeting point at 7:15 PM (Give or take five minutes). The address again for this meeting point is

Please be at this meeting spot at 7:00 PM and you can meet up with a number of others who will also be meeting us there. Once all of us who are meeting at College Avenue get to the Buffalo Wild Wings, I will quickly hand out to each of you at Kenosha the sheet of paper with directions to Gurnee, IL Car Show as well. Then, Kelley W. will lead the pack and we will take I94 and exit of HWY 41 and take HWY 41 to Gurnee, IL to avoid construction and tolls.

Chicago Area
If you would like to cruise together to the Gurnee, IL show, please email Fred T as he is putting together the logistics of the Chicago caravan to Gurnee. Fred can be reached at ftevolution666@aol.com.

Gurnee Car Show
We will arrive at the Gurnee, IL Car Show at approximately 7:40 PM. We will meet at the Circuit City lot right behind McDonald's and Z06 Bob will be there with his beautiful black Corvette Z06. Just park right behind the McDonald's Parking lot and in the Circuit City parking lot (Look for Bob and his Black C5 LG Motorsports Corvette Z06).

I will send a final confirmation on Thursday, June 14, 2007 to verify that the weather is going to be good and also confirm everyone's participation. I am looking forward to seeing everyone. I hope even more of you decide to participate. It is going to be a lot of fun.

The construction is moved into Wisconsin @ Q, near the outlet mall. The split for 41 is open but this is a cluster. I went through @ 5AM today and it was one lane!!! It looks like the 94 SE is going to have a no exit until Grand lane. I will keep you updated. Green bay road does go through to Grand. I am a maybe for this. I will be @ Bloomington during the day so I don't know if I will be going north. I may just stay in Chicago.

So far my plan is to leave Mpls St Paul around 10 am or 11 for the FIVE HOUR drive. It would be great to pick up some driving buddies if anyone else is going east on 94 or possibly coming from St Paul also???

If your going to mickey ds at gurnee mills be aware that there is limited parking. The earlier you get there the better the chance to get in. otherwise you have to park across the street! I was there last friday at 5:00pm and parking was allready80% gone. This is not a show, just a cruiz in
