Corvettes on the Square (Aug 8th)
Anyone going to the Corvettes on the Square show Aug. 8th in Independence, MO? Just wondering if any forum members will be in attendance.

I'll be there.
Bringing a 7 car caravan from Paducah,Ky.
Leaving early Friday morning and should be in Independence,mo about 1or 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
Should be going through St. Louis about 10 or 11 o'clock, if anyone wants to join us we would be glad to cruise in with ya.
We will also be there for the Friday night Meet 'n' Greet.
Looking forward to seeing some awesum cars and making some new friends.
LOOK OUT Steve Kessler (KC VETTE) the Paducah boys and girls are on their way.

I hope to show you a good time, a great show, and nice city...
Antipication, from this end, is running pretty high right now, waiting for word, on Friday, that everyone is on the road safely and headed this way...

I haven't called the BBQ restaurant yet...Steven Pope asked about a "wash station" for cleaning the cars...I told him that we could have a car wash at my place...
...now, I'm pretty well set-up for that..I was hoping you'd be online tonight...

We will be there later on friday night. Staying at the Super 8 at independence. We have never been to this show before,dont know what the location is like. Can or should we bring our pop up canopy ?

I believe it is the largest Corvette show in the state...I hope to meet you and welcome you to the show...
There will be no canopies allowed, anywhere close to the cars...however you might want to bring it, in case your car is parked close to an alley or a adajcent parking area, at which time, you could use it...

Hey Steve, Jeanie and I had dinner tonight with Steven,TJ, Kandace,Brian,and Chris.
Had a good time hanging out and talking about being excited about this weekend.
I'll be sure and call you in the morning when we leave Paducah.
We will hopefully be out of town by 8:00am.
