You've been there for your mom and should consider yourself a stellar example of a loving son. We'll continue to keep your mom, you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

I just want to thank all of you here for being there for me . especially Len & Jimmy you two have gone above and beyond friendship . so if you see i am not around most likely it's Mom , she lived a long good life never sick or in the hospital till her last few years . I guess a Martini a day keeps the doctor away
hang in there, Johnfather. we are all here for you no matter what your needs may be.

I will talk to you soon buddy and stay strong like mom would want you to and for you and your family and call me if you need anything or want to talk.
I can't believe that as I type this my family and I are also grieving as my mom is dying and losing her battle to that terrible disease Alzheimers, and we are taking her home on Weds. to die in the comfort and privacy of her home on Weds. (with Hospice). I know in speaking with Johnny quite a bit lately about both our Mom's, although we will be grieving the loss of our mothers big time , there will also be a sense of calm and relief knowing that all suffering, worrying, aging and sickness, crying, old age and death will be over with concerning our Moms, and that our Mom's will be starting there new eternal life with GOD in Heaven forever and ever, where there will be nothing but happiness, peace, comfort, love, and worship to GOD, in their new strong bodies and minds resurrected in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through. Your Mom is in a better place and she's no longer in pain. My wife's sister, who was only 61-years old, passed away from ovarian cancer a few weeks ago after a 9 year battle with the disease. As long as you carry the wonderful memories of her in your heart, she will always be with you. Take care and God Bless.
