Deb,

That is AWESOME, who would ever think you could hit Gingerman on January 11, 2012, would not think they would even be open for private rental that ROCKS!!!
I hit Gingerman one time in summer of 2003 in my 2003 C5 Z06 and its a GREAT TRACK, bet you had a blast.

Have you had your ZR1 there yet, now that would REALLY be a blast (but cold pavement probably not the winning ticket for the ZR1!).

Back to reality today 1-13-12 with the weather, but winter just about 1/2 way over and it only startedknow, so we caught a BIG BREAK this year, first 8 weeks was a cake walk!

If your interested and an easy DIY, I took a white cotton gym sock and cut off the bottom, then I threaded it with the battery tender cable, so when it is sitting on the car (like yours) its rubbing again the sock instead of the cord.

Jimmy, Thanks, it was a Blast! Not only let us have a private group of 6, they let me run the Vert and provided an Instructor for anyone wanting (needing!) one! The cool temps made for some nice Triple Digits They have added an extension to the track that is sweet! I am not ready to run the ZR1 there yet. Really interested to see how it handles those corners! The Instructor was yelling GAS and I was going for the brakes
Snow had to come but as you say we are half way done with winter. Another couple of months and the Cars will be back out
