One of the nicer Corvette cruise shows in Ohio. The "old restored" town of Roscoe Village(just immmediately north of Coshocton)virtually closed down for the day from one end of town to the other for Corvettes only!!! Depending on our moment by moment changing weather here in the beautiful State of Ohio, we should get 300-400 Corvettes easily. I believe this will be their 4th year for this show. A lot of fun, lot of Corvettes.

Our club will be driving up with about 10 Vettes. I hope I get the chance to meet you and any other Forum members who attend. By the way this is a great show!

I was nice to meet you at last year's show. I'll need to hustle to make the show this year - last week the water pump went out on my GS :cry

I hate to take it to someone else for the repair and I've got a zillion things on my honey-do list following the move to the new house...

Woe is me. The Roscoe show is one of the nicest shows I've attended!

I wanted to get SOMETHING on this board for us OHIO guys-for a while there I thought I was on the Michigan(Go Bucks! :p: )board :confused:
or Illinios(Go Bucks :p: )board and we have more Corvettes here in Ohio alone than Michigan and Illinois put together per "registeredcorvettes.com"

Yup, moved last weekend to Bath, just west of Akron. I was able to cut out of the office an hour early and picked up a water pump from Dal (cost + 10%) at Van Devere in Akron.

I'm trying to find some time to turn a wrench and clean the car so I can make the Roscoe Village show. They treated me nice last year (gave me a Runner-up Award in the C4 category).

Hope to see you there and finally meet up with the Columbus bunch. Didn't even know they were there last year and wandered around most of the day by myself. :cry

Also, what is the best time to get there to get the good parking spaces?

Mike, all the parking is real good, but the "primo" spaces near I guess what would be the "center" of Roscoe Village seem to go fast!!! I got there fairly early(what I thought)and ended up down towards the Bob Evans. It's a nice enough place where all the parking is actually decent. Depending on the weather and such, I may go down the night before :yesnod:

Ok gang. What's the deal on timing? I will be in Cleveland on Saturday, and will be spending the night there. I want to meet up with everyone in Coschocton on Sunday. So, a few questions...

1. What time does this thing start?
2. What time will everyone be getting there?
3. If I show up late, who's buying the beer?
4. If the answer to #3 is no one, then who can I buy a beer for?

I believe the "official" time is 9am-4pm, BUT...like I said, people DO get there an hour or so early to get those "better" spots towards the center of the "town". I myself, will probably be there between 8:30am-9am.
