I emailed the motel yesterday and was wondering about setting aside rooms for then, got a reply and the price per room will be about $68.00 + tax. I am going to set aside 10 rooms if interested in going. Let me know asap, I will check what the cancelation policy is,

Guys, I just locked in my vacation days, and I will be coming down on Thursday October 9 and driving back either Saturday night or Sunday morning.

We have 10 rooms reserved for now at a price of $68.40+ tax. The cancelation policy is 2 weeks prior to stay. So lets get some more on board. If you must cancel for any reason you have till 2 weeks prior to the dates. Let me know the dates you need the room and I will let them know the name on the room and I will confirm with you the room.
Hope we can get some more to go.

That looks like a fine place to stay for me. How many nights would we be staying at that particular lodge? I planned on meeting up with you on that Wed morning in GR and heading down with the group and returning on Sunday.
