"Sharkfest" on the River (Algonquin, Illinois) August 23rd
A group of us Chicago area C3 owners are having a "Shark Only" Corvette show at Port Edwards restaurant in suburban Algonquin on 8/23.
Port Edwards is located right on the Fox River (a perfect location for Sharks). Come join us with your C3's for this inaugural event.

- Show is still on!!!!
- Rain or shine we will be there.
- All vettes welcome to spectate.
- Parking in main lot (and awards) for "sharks" only.

I do have some photos that will be posted today. Very surprising attendance considering the rain threat. We had over forty Vettes attend with 31 registered for the show. Many stayed through the down-pour and waited it out in the restaurant.
It was really cool to see that many Sharks gathered together at one time!
We will definitely have this show again next year and attempt to schedule it for the 2015 "Shark Week" Saturday.
