Just arrived in Michigan, need reccomendations for good mechanic
We just moved to Grass Lake Michigan a few days ago and I'm looking for a good mechanic in the area. If you guys have a shop you'd like to refer near us please let me know. I don't have any specific work needed yet, but I'd rather have a good idea of where to go before that is needed.

Gary abbey lives in grass lake and has built some awesome drag cars. He is on yellow bullet and could probably give you some info who to go to or stay away from.

I just PM'ed him on Yellowbullet. I know he's been lying low because he had back surgery a few years ago that I don't think went as well as planned. If I hear from him I'll pass on the contact info. I also gave him the web address for your company.

Welcome to Michigan! When summer comes back around you will have to join the WMC for a cruise if you're up for about a 1.5hr drive!
I know a guy here south of Grand Rapids (Caledonia) that does work on all generation vettes. small shop but Corvettes/Camaros is all he touches. If you want to travel this far let me know and i'll get you his info.
