If anyone is looking for heated winter storage
I found a great place at General Mitchell Airport, Milwaukee, WI (just two minutes from the Amtrak Train station by car, or 5-8 minutes if you walk, that is heated to 60 degrees all winter, runs industrial dehumidifiers, is adt secured and gated and fenced in for $65 per month or $390 for the season.

That is very reasonable. Is there power for trickle charger? Is entry to the facility available during the season?

Yes - You can use a trickle charger. Basically, you park your car, lock it up, cover it up, put your charger on and take your keys with you. He does not want anyones keys. You have to have storage insurance on your car.
You have to call the guy to open the building but he is there everyday. My opinion is that he really does not want any in and out where you take your car for a ride in January, for example, as he would be opening the garage doors and letting all of the heat out. If you want to see your car, no big deal. But I know he does not allow anyone to work on there car in there. A bunch of really nice stuff he stores.
It is very secure, clean, rodent free, and very nice. Let me know if you are interested. Just thought maybe someone else can utilize it in the Corvette community.
