I seem to recall that there was a guy fairly local (near the Indiana border I think) that did C2 headlight motor and windshield wiper motor rebuild / restoration, but I can't find the information. Anyone know who this guy is, telephone number, web address etc ????

Len, I disassembled and cleaned mine myself. They are fairly simple. One had a bad winding. I had it repaired at MG auto electric 500 S Arthur Ave Arlington Heights IL 847-394-1698. Wiper motor I have been told is fairly simple as well but I have not tackled it.

I took your advice and after 4 years of driving my '63 without wipers and without "as advertised" headlight motors, I finally dug into it. You were right, it was really simple.

I put it all on youtube for the next guy that might want to try this. Each video has four parts, but only the first video of each series will play if viewed from this website. For anyone interested in viewing all four videos in either topic, just "right click" on a video below...then select, "copy video URL", then paste that URL into a new window, and hit enter...youtube will come up and play all of the videos in the series you selected.
