After 18 hours in the vette arrived in Lake Wales FL and over night went from winter to summer. Car did very good avg 29.1 MPG was fun drive. I seen a red C7 Z06 and a C7 shark grey.

Well back in the cold. Drove thru a rain storm around Nashville and weather mode worked great. I think I set a record for people taking pictures of the car, people would actually speed up and lean out window to take shots going down the interstate. I ran into a C5z at a rest stop in Florida and he followed me as I set pace going up 75. C7 are way more abundant in Florida fo sure, but still pulls good attention.

Glad someone else on the forum made it to bike week in Daytona. It can be an amazing experience. I spent 9 days there myself. Weather was too good to be true. Rained for 20mins in total.

Deb, did you get a chance to go down main st.? I took a newbie down main on the first Saturday night. Cameras flashing. Videos being made. Hard to describe.....kinda felt like I was brad Pitt for a minute there......

Then it's party after party after party.........lol! Glad I went, good to be home.

Did get close and personal with 2 Z06s......a lot of car for the price.

Joe, it was unbelievable, we took both cars the second day and the reactions of people Ahhhhh main street, yeah there are some things I could not believe I saw there It was an experience ! The Z06 is an amazing Car
