New Range Coming to Chicagoland - Corvette Gathering?
Hey guys I know many of the local Chicago Crew members enjoy shooting. Incase you didn't know we have a new range coming to Bolingbrook, called "The Range at 355" it's expected to open around September. Maybe once it's open we can plan a corvette gathering there...?
If you are on facebook be sure to stop by their page.

Thought I would bump this to let everyone know that the new Range at 355 is open. I'm not associated with them in anyway, but I stopped by last Saturday. They are just getting stocked up, but the ranges are open and are very nice. The guys working there seemed to be great guys as well.

Most Excellent, the more gun stores and gun ranges open in our area the better!
How many yards is the rifle range if you know?

I just looked through the glass at them and I would guess no more than 25 yards. Definitely pistol length, but they are allowing up to 30 cal. so you can shoot your rifles. Scopes would definitely be overkill though. I have an old Garand with iron sites that I may drag up there. One of the ranges has a pretty fancy target system that turns the targets sideways and then reveals them again based on a program. The other range has the standard target that you send out to your preferred length. Wish they were longer, but they are very nice.
