Very timely. I'm also in Detroit, looking for a dyno tune after my LT install. Livernois seems to be the most popular, albeit expensive, option.

They are expensive, but, good. Get what you pay for.
As I remember they wanted $600 to Dyno tune my 70 that is in my avatar.

Other options are: Dr Phil (aka RoadRebel) in Macomb or Donny Walsh at D&D Performance in Wixom. Both have done work on my car and are highly regarded in the Detroit area.

I've heard many recommendations for Dr Phil from year's past, but he doesn't seem to be active anymore

He's still around. He may not be active on the forum but he's still working. I can send you his contact info if you want it.

We have a new shop in Wixom.

Dan Cable manages the facility and he can be reached at (248) 349-0044.

If you're in the area stop by and check out the shop.

Will you offer dyno tuning over there or just more advanced work?

The best bet would be to talk to Dan Cable. Yes, we do both dyno tuning and advanced work at that location.

Phil is awesome. His tune on my 08 w/ a vararam only(at the time) went 11.9x@120 right off the highway.

I had my car tuned by Phil a few weeks back and he was awesome. I couldn't recommend him more.
