Funfest 2015 Saturday Night Concert
I'm sure a lot of you have been wondering who we have booked for Saturday night this year! We will be making the official announcement later this afternoon! 
In the meantime, who wants to guess who it is?? Now, if you were at Bloomington Gold this past weekend, you may have already heard, so no cheating! I will be updating this thread later today with the official announcement!

This year's Saturday night entertainment will be THE BEACH BOYS! We had them here a number of years ago and people still talk about it! Original Beach Boy David Marks and the Surf City All Stars will be hitting our stage! Every member of the Surf City All Stars have appeared with, played for, and sang lead vocals for the Beach Boys at one time or another. This will surely be an amazing concert this year!

Pretty much It's like "The Beach Boy! Featuring other guys who have played WITH the Beach Boys!" But seriously, these guys are fantastic! Technically, they are in fact Beach Boys, they just weren't founding members. They've all recorded lead vocals and guitar work here and there on albums and live shows over the years.

WE will be there also haven't missed one since it has started. Heck we went once when you had a little event on south on 45 I think at either a old golf course or a Legion building.

That link should provide quite a bit of information. Funfest is September 17-20 this year. The concert will be Saturday the 19th at 8 pm. Registration for your Corvette is $25 for the whole weekend and includes two tickets to the concert along with numerous other goodies. Tickets alone to the concert are $15 each!

I don't think there are any bands from the 60s or 70s touring with all original founding members, if they are alive. This will be a great weekend and we will be there as always. Camping on the grounds. I tried to get club registration last year and I was never able to get the required registration code. We will just do standard registration this year.
