Does anybody know of any "cars and coffee" events on the weekend of july 4th? weather and schedule has made it that this is the first weekend that I am available this year.

Thanks

if I just wanted to park my car somewhere close and walk around (not show it) is it open to the public? They don't really list alot of details like start times, etc. If so, any restrictions on parking, what time is it really in full swing, how long would it take to get through everything?

To be honest, its a flashy website that really has terrible content.

It's not a show, it's a gathering but with the caliber of cars that show up, you'd think it was a show! There's a huge parking lot that you can park in but that kinda gets packed around 9-10am. I'll definitely be going as I missed the first 2.

I've been to the Supercar Saturday gathering in Bolingbrook a couple times over the past year. Very impressive array of vehicles. The Promenade "streets" fill up quickly, but there's plenty of reserved parking lot space for overflow. I may be there for an hour or two.

Supercar Saturdays is a blast. I've been to two now and they have both been phenomenal.

That F40 this past Saturday was amazing. Didn't think I'd ever get to see one of those in the wild in person.

Nice turnout! Just seeing that F40 was worth the trip! That was like seeing a unicorn lol. I think I'll check out the Rise N Shine this Sunday and see what kinda cars it draws to it.

Default Rise n Drive

Rise n Drive is pretty similar to Super Sat, saw a Carrera GT last time.
Check out pix on their site.
