Anyone going to Indycar at Roadamerica?
Hi all, is anyone going to the Indycar race at Roadamerica Sunday ?
Do you think the Corvette Corral will fill up like IMSA races?

This is the largest crowd ever for R.A. my son bought me tickets for fathers day. I called the track and they will be directing traffic to the nearest parking area as soon as you enter. I am not taking my Vet and I plan on entering the gate next to the Corvette Corral in hope that I can get down to park at turn 5/6. Next month I have organized a caravan for the ALMS (IMSA) race on Aug 7th leaving the Lake Forest Oasis at 7AM sharp. Buy your tickets asap and save 25%

that track employee is foolish in the head.
local club members will be monitoring access to the corral closely.
i do not believe there will be any hospitality services or big tent to duck under. that means more space for parking.

I might take the Vett and enter at gate 4 next to the Corral just in case they direct you to the nearest parking spot.

I am leaving in 30 min. I am not taking the Vet since I want to watch the race and park at turn 5/6. Will enter gate 4 by the corral and hope I can get close to 5/6. The Corral is not one of the better places to watch the race. From 5 you can walk to the pits and great view of 6/7/ the hurry downs turn 14 and the start of the main straight. Have a great time
