Was just at Mid-America this past Tuesday and didn't see anything that mentioned what band would be there. I'd like to know too as I am going to try and make it to the event this year.

There have been a few names that I have heard tossed around here lately, but there is nothing solid just yet. I believe we have an offer on the table to a couple different bands, we're just waiting for responses!

FYI, I know of several people (myself included) that makes a decision about whether to attend FunFest on the quality of the band. It DOES make a difference to many people.

I'm very excited to see who Mike wrangles up this year! Being a musician, it makes a difference to me too!

Funfest Club Parking Code for Registration
Does anyone know the Forum club code for parking this year? You need a code from your club for registration.

As far as I can tell, it's just a matter of crossing the "t"s and dotting the "i"s with who we are planning on, but I still have yet to hear anything solid.
Rest assured, I will make an announcement as soon as possible!And trust me, the hotels are a huge pain for us. We try our best to maintain Funfest as a customer appreciation event with our costs and it's a total bummer when I hear that people don't want to come because of the hotel expenses. Which, I completely agree on. It's hard to justify some of the pricing some local hotels are asking. We do have a list of hotels and other lodging options in the surrounding areas.

Club registration closes August 1st, so make sure to get registered as soon as possible! That code is only required when registering online. If you call us at (800) 500-1500, you don't need any code to register with the club. You will simply just be asked which club you are with.
Let me know if there are any issues with using the code and I'll get it taken care of!

I will still be there, the band determines if I stay or not.
The hotel prices have never stopped me in the past, but then again, they were never $180 I have paid $140 but I will likely drive back to INDY after the concert depending on whom the band is
