Default Had an interesting night on saturday..

So I was hit by a drunk driver on Saturday night while driving my 2011. I was doing about 40/45 when the other driver swerved into my lane and brushed against my rear quarter, wheel (just recently installed CCW SP500s), and drivers side door. The story gets much worse at that point, but I feel I should probably keep the details to myself until the dust settles a bit.

Can anyone refer me to a reputable body/collision shop in the metro Detroit area? I'm worried about any damage that might have been caused by him making contact with my wheel. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the accident and glad you were not injured. I have no sympathy for drunk drivers. Best of luck getting the car fixed.

Two places not too far from your area of the Motor City would be Les Stanford in Dearborn, or Matick in Redford. Both have certified Corvette specialists, and I know an individual who has had body and paint work performed at each location, and both were happy with results.

I took my C6 to Les Stanford for warranty work not long after I bought it and wasn't too impressed with their customer service. Got a quote from Matick yesterday though. They seem a bit more organized.

The crazies must all be out. You must feel sick about it. Hopefully you will get it sorted to your satisfaction.
