Default I LOVE IT, this mild winter and being able to drive my Viper ACE in the middle of Feb

GOTTA LOVE this mild winter!! My bad boy is officially out for now, especially with the 60 degrees and sunny forecast for both Saturday and Sunday coming up!

Just 44 Days now and counting down until April 1st and only 33 days to the first day of Calendar Spring, March 20th, when most my toys should be out on a full time basis (by Calendar Spring); but probably way sooner than that, as mild as this winter is that we are are having!

Awesome, gotta love it!

With this mild winter my beater (2002 Grand Cherokee) has just been sitting for a few weeks now and its a first where I have to be concerned that the winter beater's battery may go dead from inactivity.

The Viper is out 2 days in a row with fresh oil in her and should be out carvin up these mid-February roads at least until Tuesday!

Hey Drew,

I personally can't swing it bro as I am going skeet shooting on Sunday and then have to work at my dad's home in River Forest where we just moved him into an independent retirement community in Evanston, and me and my brother have a TON of work to do at his River Forest home to get it ready to be put up for sale and I have to work there some on Saturday. The good news is that I will have the Viper out all weekend as my primary driving machine.

Enjoy this incredible weather and hope your feeling better.

WOW, including today (Friday) we have 6 days in a row in the middle of Feb. forecasted to be in the 60s with sun, no doubt that is going to be breaking some records!

Who else other than me LOVES global warming? This weather in mid-Feb., 7 days of 60 to 70 degrees forecasted in a row, is nothing short of amazing!

Just 41 Days now and counting down until April 1st and only 30 days to the first day of Calendar Spring, March 20th, when most my toys should be out on a full time basis (by Calendar Spring); but probably way sooner than that, as mild as this winter is that we are are having!

Did 200 miles in the flat car yesterday! I think mine is already out of hibernation.

Drove mine today! I only went 6 miles because there is still salt in some areas around here (I scouted around me house the last few days to verify every road in a two mile radius was clean!)

6 miles is better than 0 and having to break out the snowblower and shovel.

At a boy, life's to short to not do it when you have one week straight in the 60s and 70 degrees in the middle of Feb., during an extremely easy winter (2 years in a row now)!

I was out today!

After I got back from Westmont.

I was up there to drop off stuff to my daughter...

and go to the Auto Show.

Still some salt...

A few small piles of salt, mostly in intersections, easy to avoid.
Drove maybe 250 miles over the weekend. Just gave the car her 1st
hose wash of 2016 & didn't see any white residue.
Got props from neighbors. In my driveway in Westmont

The salt is extremely minimal at best and has mostly been absorbed by the warmer temps. of the concrete on the roadway. Trust me Steven, I am super **** about my Snakeskin Green Super Snake and I would not have put over 250 miles on it since last Tuesday if that was not the case. As Trump would say, believe me! : )

With the rain you should be getting today you should be good to go until (and if) they salt again.

Well today (Weds.) is the perfect day to bring your beloved C7 Z06 out to play Steve as its going to be 71 degrees and sunny! Enjoy this unfathomable day in Feb. with your awesome new Z06.

Unfortunately, with the forecast for the next 5 days it looks like your baby (and mine) will be back under covers for another couple of weeks but there is now a HUGE light at the end of the tunnel!

That being said this was INCREDIBLY GREAT while it lasted, 1 week straight of awesome mostly record setting temps and clean roads, in the middle of Feb. (simply unheard of for our neck of the woods and LORD knows I certainly took advantage of it)!

I know we're supposed to get some rain on Thursday and Friday, but at least it'll be home and I can go out in the garage and look at it.
