So I've been on the lookout to trade my SP500s for Classics and found someone who's willing to trade but one of his front wheels has a few inches of rash on it and inneed to get them fixed before having the barrels powder coated. I need to see what it's gonna cost me to get it fixed so I know if it's worth trying to get him to pay for it instead of me.


Anyone got any recommendations?

How bad is the rash? A polished wheel can be sanded..... start with a course grit and work your way to fine grit wet sand. You can then polish the fine scratches out.

When I called for powdercoat I was told 100/wheel and that includes fixing rash and imperfections.
