Default Good dealer for service (Metro-Detroit)

Anyone recommend a good dealer for service. I'll be picking up a GS next week and want to be ready for the 500 mi oil change. Don't want a dealer that's going to give me a hard time about putting Mobil 1. I work near Les Standford in Dearborn and live near Feldman in Novi. Thx!

I was told by a track friend that Matick Chevrolet services a lot of Corvettes and can do the alignment.

I live on the East-side and use Moran in Clinton TWP. They have been excellent. I understand both Matick and Stanford are very good. Both sell lots of corvettes especially Les Stanford. If it's convenient, for you I'd go to Stanford.

Stanford oil changed my 15 Z51 twice so far with Mobil 1, no hassles.

Can't go wrong with any of those already mentioned.......all have hours to accommodate, and it more than likely would be your choice to find the one most convenient to your location and route

Last summer I moved to MI from out of state. I had just purchased my Grand Sport before moving. I took it to Stanford based on the recommendation of a coworker. They took care of my 500 mile oil change with Mobil 1, and they used a drive on lift, so no issues with jacking pucks, or damage from lifting the wrong way. I would go back.

Thanks for all the info guys..I'll take it to Les Stanford. What else is included in the 500mi oil change? Alignment? I wonder if they would lower my car on stock bolts also?

When you are close to the mark, call Mike or Dan in service and let's set up an appointment for you. Mike, 313-724-1454 or Dan 313-724-1456. Thank you.

If you are halfway handy you can do it in 30-60 minutes. Below is a Do It Yourself Lowering Bolt illustration!

Les Stanford Chevrolet.
I have been told that your service department does NOT have the rear caster angle gauge or adaptor and therefore can not do a proper alignment.

Is that correct? Hard to believe from the 3rd largest Corvette dealer. I would like to bring my car in for a proper alignment.
