DM Corvettes in Downers Grove, IL
Anyone have experience with them as a body shop/maintenance shop? Tom in the maintenance area seemed very knowledgable and friendly. Just curious to know what quality of work they do.

I used to go to them before I went to VetteWrench. They did a number of jobs for me with only one issue, which they corrected at no cost. Now that VetteWrench is gone, I'll be back to them.

Good body shop. Good mechanicals. Tom's a good guy and so is dave the owner. Really know their stuff with older vettes. If you want Hi-perf on late models (no-body work) go to Performance Technical Center. Just my two cents. I've been a customer of both. Remember.. you get what you pay for. :thumbs:

I had my aftermarket hood and rear fascia done at D&M, and they did a great job!

I've used them a number of times and I'm very satisfied with their work. As stated in a previous post, Tom knows his stuff and is easy to work with.

All I can say is their parts dept. seems to be pretty good.. One time I had to order a headlight switch for a customers 81 and the chevy dealers said it was un available so I called DM and they got me one right away.. I have been thinking of going over there and talking to Tom to see is he may need another tech I'm looking to 1) either start my own business or 2) work for a HP shop but if anyone has any jobs they need done let me know I can either do them on the side or through my shop.. just let me know..

They are first rate when it comes to getting body work and painting at their shop an of course you will pay $$$ for it! :yesnod: But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Their service dept. also appears to be top rate also.
