This is actually the first time I've ever heard someone ask this question. I'm sure a 5 second search on Google would have produced adequate results though.

Why would you want to do that when you can just post it here?

I love these forums.

Gee, a guy can't ask a simple question?

A famous Okie named Will Rogers said "Everybody is ignorant, only on different subjects".

I'm not picking on the OP. It is honestly the first time I've ever seen the question asked. He actually got decent responses so that leads me to believe there is a higher level of maturity on this forum as compared to many others. In most cases a question like that wouldn't get a very good response.

And the second part of my statement could be for his benefit. Instead of taking the time to type, post a thread and waiting on responses, you can just google something first and see what kind of answers you come up with. If at that point your answers are unsatisfactory then post away.

When no one replies to a post it fades into the archives, people bump or ttt (to the top), so to draw attention to their post. It also puts the content in the various views (unread, today's posts, new posts, etc.)

Exactly. Thats why I love these forums. I actually purchased the premium package yesterday. Easily the best money spent for Corvete info.
