can not change to lower price in thread to 12,700

I see the change in my ad when the thread is opened up but in will not up date in the list of posts.
What am I doing wrong?

I edited the title.

After a certain period has passed after creating the thread, you can only change the title as listed in the thread but not as listed in the forum.
