Default Subscribed threads list issues

When I click on my User Control Panel, the subscribed threads list is showing threads that haven't had new posts in them in over a week. It is also not updating showing any new threads I post in.

I cleared out all the Corvette Forum cookies and it fixed itself the first time after logging back in. But from the second time on it is still not working properly.

Try clicking on the Mark Forums Read link on the homepage https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums near the bottom to reset.

There is a glitch somewhere. The same is happening to me and I haven't made any changes to my computer or my profile.

It is not a glitch but a change to the software that is being reviewed. Right now, the forum is keeping track of threads you've actually read. Prior, the forum automatically marked threads with content prior to your last visit time as read - even if you actually didn't read the content.

Understood. However, when I would post on a new thread previously, it automatically showed up on my User CP list of threads. Do we have to manually subscribe to a thread now or something like that?

Make sure you use the View All link:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...n&folderid=all

Is it possible that it's there and buried with the rest of the content?

It appears to be working for me when testing. No, you should not have to do anything different as far as subscribing to threads as whatever setting you previously had still should be used as that is controlled different.

Update: When I click on my User CP, the threads that I just commented on, like this one for instance, do not show up. Everything else does.

The threads that you just commented on would not be on the first page of the User CP screen because if you just commented on them then they would not have new content since you was the last poster.

That's why you may need to click on the View All link I provided above to show all subscribed threads.

The first page of the UserCP is to show threads with new content. Since you was the last poster, then there could not be any new content.

Yes, I see that this is what is happening. It would be nice if those threads would come up as they once did. There are times when I have posted a comment, no one replied, and I went back and posted again to get the thread back to the top so someone might reply. When the thread isn't viewable to me in my User CP once I post a comment, said thread has essentially disappeared from what I was used to. I'm not angry about this...just stating a preference.

OK, that makes sense now. Is there any way to make my subscribed threads folder behave like it used to? I like having the threads I recently posted in visible even if no new content has been added.

No, there is no way to change that per member. The front page of the UserCP is coded to only display new content.
